These are both from Hot Wheels Road Wars Wastelander. Road Wars were available in two scales, Wastelander and it's peers were standard HO and came with various interchangeable weapon attachments. There was a larger deluxe scale that featured opening vehicles that could accept their mini-figure drivers. I had a bunch of each including this one. Fun toys!
